GRP/FRP Trenchless Jacking Pipe
For specialised micro-tunnelling and pipe jacking applications where minimal surface disruption is required.
Designed to withstand high axial compressive forces during installation, these pipes are ideal for crossing beneath existing infrastructure or environmentally sensitive areas.
Primary Use: Trenchless installation for potable water, gravity sewer and stormwater. As well as road/rail culverts and service ducts, pipe relining solutions and carrier or host pipeline installations.
Compliance & Standards: ISO 10467 and ISO 10639, where for Jacking Pipes the main reference standards for GRP pipes and test methods specified within ISO 25780. The main product standard of GRP Pipes is ISO 23856 which supersedes well known GRP standards: EN 1796, EN 14364, ISO 10467 and ISO 10639.
Stiffness Class: Typically high-stiffness (SN32 000 – SN1 000 000 (N/m2)) to sustain jacking loads.
Jacking Force 50 tonnes – 1400 Tonnes
Pressure Range: PN1 – PN10.
Key Features:
- Smooth outer surface to minimise friction during jacking.
- Precision-machined ends for flush-fit couplings.
- Standard lengths of 2.8m then customisable lengths up to11.8m to suit specific drive lengths and pit sizes.
